20171118 Jerk Chicken

Jerk Chicken

Ingredients:

BASE:

    • Grace Jerk Seasoning (hot/mild)
    • 3 lbs Chicken Thighs/Legs

Note: Add 1 tablespoon Jerk Seasoning per 1 lb of Chicken

ADDITIONS (to taste):

    • Green Onion
    • Thyme
    • Soy Sauce
    • Brown Sugar
    • Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke

 

Directions:

  1. Place sauce on chicken and marinate overnight (or at least 2 hours).

  2. Cook chicken in oven for 40 minutes at 375 F.
